Frequently Asked Questions

All Rentcars partner rental companies are already participating in the award. Therefore, no registration is required. However, only rental stores that maintain an average rating of over 9 throughout the year will receive the award. In addition, a minimum of 5 reviews made by Rentcars customers is required to receive the title.

We will communicate the award by email, including sending the digital kit to all winners. If you have not received our communications, please contact us at the email address rcca@rentcars.com.

After the rental experience with one of our partner rental companies, the Rentcars customer is invited to participate in a satisfaction survey. In it, we ask them to rate their experience on a scale of 0 to 10. From these responses, we calculate the annual average for each store.

In addition to the ratings given by Rentcars customers, we also consider that the most recent ratings have a higher weight than the older ratings.

It is possible to track your rating daily through a quick search simulation on the Rentcars website. In this simulation, the rental company’s store appears as one of the alternatives for the selected destination and dates. Note that the updated rating is displayed next to the rental company’s logo, derived from the average of the ratings made by customers.
