Rentals companies rated above 9 at rentcars.com and which have at least 5 reviews left by Rentcars clients are eligible to participate.

If I win the prize, how do I receive it?

You can contact us at rcca@rentcars.com and request a package to be shipped. We’ll send you the complete kit with your exclusive trophy. So you can display it in your location!

How is each rating score generated?

Customers must answer the question, “On a scale from 0 to 10, how likely is it that you would recommend the services of this rental company to a friend?” based on their experience with Rentcars. Customers can also rate the reception, vehicle condition and store structure.

What are the benefits of getting a score higher than 9?

The main reason is that it reflects your good service and how satisfied the customers are. Additionally, the rental company gets the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards, which consist of a personalized digital kit (the printed version can be requested) and it is highlighted on the Rentcars website’s search page, where the rental company gets a special stamp which indicates that it is one of the most highly rated, thus it stands out from other companies and this drives customers’ decisions.

How do I follow my rental company's score over the year?

You can follow your grade on a daily basis by doing a brief search simulation on the Rentcars website, where your rental company appears as one of the options. Your score will appear next to your brand logo.

What are the benefits of the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards?

All of Rentcars’ partner rental companies are automatically in the running for the award, with the final review scores being calculated in December.

The award includes personalized social media materials, a special badge on the Rentcars website, a badge for the rental company’s own website, a certificate, and a digital file for in-store promotion.

Reviews are collected throughout the year, and in January of the following year, rental companies that maintain an average score above 9 will be awarded for their service from the previous year.

Rental companies that rank among the top positions may also receive an exclusive trophy to display in their stores.

How to participate?

All Rentcars partner rental companies are automatically entered into the awards, without the need for registration. However, only stores that maintain an average rating above 9 throughout the year will receive an award. Additionally, the store must have at least 15 reviews from Rentcars customers to be eligible for the title.

How is the award delivered?

Award notifications will be sent via email, along with a digital kit for all winners. If you haven’t received our communications, please contact us at rcca@rentcars.com.

How is each score generated?

After renting a car with one of our partner rental agencies, Rentcars customers are invited to participate in a satisfaction survey, where they rate their experience on a scale of 0 to 10. Based on these ratings, we calculate the annual average score for each store.
