This award celebrates rental companies that have stood out for their quality of service, based on reviews from Rentcars customers – the leading online vehicle rental platform, operating in over 160 countries with more than 300 partner companies. Stores that maintained an average rating above 9 throughout the year are recognized for their outstanding service.

What are the benefits of the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards?
All of Rentcars’ partner rental companies are automatically in the running for the award, with the final review scores being calculated in December.
The award includes personalized social media materials, a special badge on the Rentcars website, a badge for the rental company’s own website, a certificate, and a digital file for in-store promotion.
Reviews are collected throughout the year, and in January of the following year, rental companies that maintain an average score above 9 will be awarded for their service from the previous year.
Rental companies that rank among the top positions may also receive an exclusive trophy to display in their stores.

Frequently Asked Questions
All Rentcars partner rental companies are automatically entered into the awards, without the need for registration. However, only stores that maintain an average rating above 9 throughout the year will receive an award. Additionally, the store must have at least 15 reviews from Rentcars customers to be eligible for the title.

After renting a car with one of our partner rental agencies, Rentcars customers are invited to participate in a satisfaction survey, where they rate their experience on a scale of 0 to 10. Based on these ratings, we calculate the annual average score for each store.
